We completed the plumbing and HVAC renovation for the University of Waterloo’s School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2007 with our partners at Jain and Associates. The building serves as the home of the Optometry Clinic where interns, residents, and graduates of the school serve the vision care needs of the community in Waterloo Region.
Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School is a 166,000 square-foot new build high school designed to replace three aging high schools within the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. Brenner Mechanical is providing the complete mechanical systems (plumbing and HVAC) for the project. The project team are Toronto-based CS&P Architects along with Ellard Willson Engineering Limited.
A new build completed in 2016, the Cedar Hollow Public School for the Thames Valley District School Board officially welcomed its first 300 students in September, 2017. We worked with Chorley & Bisset Ltd. Engineering Consultants on the plumbing and HVAC for the school which will eventually serve up to 625 students.
