Project Details
The renovation and addition to the building happened while the hospital was still active. Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the mechanical and HVAC systems including air handling units, air conditioner units, GRD’s, exhaust fans, heat exchangers, medical gas equipment, plumbing fixtures, pumps, isolation, silencers, water treatment, underground storage tanks, VAV boxes, HVAC system cleaning, filters, liquid heat, flex connectors and a building controls system.

Project Details

Brenner Mechanical also coordinated and supervised the controls, balancing and insulation contractors.

Listowel Hospital
Project Details
During the lab renovation of the hospital Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed new rooftop units. The installation of the new rooftop units included the removal and decommissioning of existing AC split units, connecting a waterline to the humidifier and setting up a drainage line as well as putting u new GRD’s and ductwork. Brenner also coordinated and supervised the balancing and insulation contractors.

Clinton Public Hospital
Project Details
During the renovation of the active hospitals endoscope and O/R suite Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the mechanical and HVAC systems including plumbing fixtures, floor drains, a water treatment system, isolation valves, GRD’s, backflow preventers, a gas vacuum system and HVAC units. Brenner Mechanical Inc. also coordinated and supervised the balancing and insulation contractors.

Brantford Hospital
Project Details
While the hospital was still active Brenner Mechanical Inc. coordinated and supervised the welding, roofing, cutting & coring, balancing and insulation contractors to remove the existing heating and ventilation system and replace them with a new 6-ton roof-top unit. The renovation included the installation of GRD’s, isolation and seismic, new ductwork and reheat coils. A new roof hatch and the construction of permanent metal stairs and a ladder up to the roof was also completed. Throughout the construction process an infection control barrier was used to keep debris from contaminating other active rooms within the hospital.
