Project Details
This project required extensive craning and demolition to the 7th floor mechanical room/penthouse. During the retro fit Brenner Mechanical Inc. replace two air handling units as well as provided and installed a fire alarm system, a chemical treatment system, pumps, expansion tanks, air separators, heating coils, isolation, dampers and heat exchangers.

Project Details
This project consisted of the complete mechanical overhaul of 26 different mechanical rooms. Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided the demolition and replacement of the heating and ventilation systems, hot water piping, condensate piping, as well as the installation of new air handling units, exhaust fans, a water treatment system, dampers, thermometers and pressure gauges. This project had a tight construction schedule as there was only two and a half months where the building was unoccupied.

This new three storey secondary school with 165,000 square feet consists of gymnasiums, track field, fitness room, cafeteria, staff offices, washrooms, changing rooms, general classrooms and specific classrooms designed for integrated technology, cosmetology, manufacturing, construction, transportation, culinary arts, visual arts, music, and science labs. Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the complete mechanical and HVAC systems including air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers, expansion tanks, gas detection, water heaters, dust collection system and plumbing fixtures. There was also a specialty piping system in the science wing of the school with stainless steel and glass piping.
