During the renovation of the building Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the mechanical and HVAC systems including plumbing fixtures, GRD’s, flexible duct, make-up air units, HVAC units, underground piping, aboveground piping, domestic water piping, natural gas piping. Brenner also coordinated and supervised the insulation, controls and balancing contractors.

Brenner Mechanical Inc. has completed the mechanical systems for multiple projects within the ATS buildings including the complete mechanical installation of the new Building #3 and renovations to Buildings #1 and #2. The mechanical and HVAC systems installed include roof top units, CO&NO2 system, compressor, plumbing fixtures, pumps, mixing valves, hot water heaters, water softeners, expansion tanks, GRD’s, exhaust fans, make-up air unit, air conditioning units, gas fired unit heaters, kitchen hoods, VAV, sanitary and storm piping, domestic water piping, natural gas piping and air piping.

Project Details

Project Details
Brenner Mechanical Inc. has completed a couple of renovations to this building including the demolition and installation of mechanical and HVAC systems including carriers and drains, plumbing fixtures, pumps, water heater, insulation, GRD’s, fire dampers, exhaust fans, wall boxes, electric duct heaters, roof top units, air conditioning units and a VVT system.

Project Details
During this project Brenner Mechanical Inc. renovated the department store to update the mechanical and HVAC systems including the condensate pumps, GRD’s, air curtain, Reznor unit heater, plumbing fixtures, expansion tanks and drains. Additionally the sanitary & storm piping, domestic water piping and natural gas piping was removed and new piping was installed.

CG Equipment Tenant Fit-up
Project Details
This project was separated into two parts, in which Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided the mechanical and HVAC systems including a CO NO2 system, GRD’s, furnaces, fans, unit heaters, AC units, ERV system, zone controls and supervised the refrigeration, insulation and balancing contractors.
