Ophelia Condos

The Ophelia Condos is a ten-storey building with ground and above ground parking on the two lowest floors and a mechanical penthouse on the roof. Brenner Mechanical Inc. supplied and installed the entire mechanical system for this new building including make-up air units, a water treatment system, water softener, expansion tanks, boilers, pumps, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning units and underground and above ground piping.

HOOPP - Pinebush

This project was comprised of two large industrial buildings, each with around 200,000 square feet of space. The warehouse buildings include a truck corridor, perimeter parking and soft landscaping. Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the underground, aboveground, domestic and natural gas piping, fans, plumbing fixtures, hot water heaters, space heaters as well as coordinated and supervised the controls, balancing and insulation contractors on the project.

Teeple Terrace

The Teeple Terrace building is a four-storey apartment complex that houses 41 units. Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the complete mechanical and HVAC systems including plumbing fixtures, pumps, a chemical treatment system, boilers, heat pumps, aboveground piping, domestic water piping, natural gas piping, hot water heating piping, condensate piping, GRD’s, fans and condensers. Brenner also coordinated and supervised the controls, insulation, balancing and refrigeration contractors.

Batavia Place

Batavia Place is a new build residential project in Waterloo’s Northdale neighborhood, which offers 100 units across it’s six storeys. Brenner Mechanical Inc. provided and installed the mechanical and HVAC systems including underground, aboveground, domestic, hot water, chilled water, and condensate piping, pumps, water softeners, a chemical treatment system, boilers, expansion tanks, fire protection, dampers, HVAC units and coordinated and supervised the balancing and insulation contractors.

Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre

This project involved updating the mechanical systems while transforming the original school built in 1947 to a four-level facility with a four-hundred and fifty seat theatre auditorium, a one hundred and fifty seat multi-purpose studio, visual arts classrooms, and music and dance studios. Brenner Mechanical Inc. completed the demolition and provided and installed the mechanical and HVAC systems including HVAC rooftop units, split AC units, boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, fans, GRD’s, silencers, water heater, plumbing fixtures, domestic water piping, gas piping, heat piping, a chemical treatment system and acoustical fire vents.

Old Post Office Redevelopment

This historic building in Uptown Waterloo was renovated and provided an addition changing the Old Post Office into several ground floor retail shops as well as two floors of office spaces above. Brenner mechanical Inc. completed the demolition and provided and installed the complete plumbing and HVAC systems including fire protection equipment, plumbing fixtures, pumps, how water heaters, boilers, expansion tanks, GRD’s, exhaust fans, make-up air units, HVAC units, condensing units, underground and aboveground piping, domestic water piping, natural gas piping and hot water heater piping. Brenner also coordinated and supervised the controls, insulation, balancing and refrigeration contractors.
